AC and Heat Solutions has been my choice for HVAC service for over 15 years. Luckily, I don't need them often, but when I do, they always give me fast and courteous service. Rob and Sean are great at explaining things, which I appreciate. They have never disappointed me! I highly recommend ACandHeat.
Overall the quality of service could have been better if the crew would have informed us of 2 good sized gouges in the wall directly across from the furnace closet where they were working. The system that Jeff put together for us is working very well and we feel the difference already.

Great Service
When my unit was tested I was told the capacitor needed to be replaced. I told the tech he replaced it less than a year ago. He said it could be faulty or the unit could cause it to malfunction and he would replace it at no cost since it was still under warranty. My invoice does not show that it was replaced. I would prefer that you send Sean for my next appointment as I have had a good experience with him on previous visits. I am not sure I have confidence in the newer employee.

As a property manager, I’ve used AC & Heat solutions three times now and the service is outstanding. Rob has returned my calls promptly, and, prior to making any service calls, will give advice and education on what to check on the unit first, avoiding us any unnecessary charges. I can tell he takes pride in his business and would recommend him or his technicians.
