Great service for a fair price

Sean was so friendly and on schedule. Took him less than an hour to figure out the problem and fix it. I’d definitely use this company again!

In moving into our new home we had reason to believe the air conditioner was not up to snuff. Scott promptly came out and found problems which ended up saving us thousands of dollars. I was overly impressed with Scott. He was prompt, efficient, professional , polite, and I would call upon him again in a heartbeat. Being new to this area I was glad to experience a positive experience and outcome.

Sean is super knowledgeable and took his time to go through all the potential issues our system was having. It would cut on and off and of course when he arrived it was cooling, but he waited it out to see how it would perform and realized the fan motor is not consistent. Quickly replaced it and all is working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Rob has the best crew in the area! Jeff, Sean, Scott, Victor, and Jorge have been great throughout the entire process of replacing 2 units. They’re all very knowledgeable and explain things/processes so you can understand. They’ve always been prompt and courteous, even in a pinch. AC and Heat Solutions is clutch! I highly recommend 10/10.

I had a funny noise coming from my a/c unit and called to inquire. They scheduled service the next day and Sean fixed it in about an hour. So impressive. The part itself seemed expensive for what it does, but it is a specialized part. Oh well.

Scitt was very profesional, respectful, kept me informed on what he was doing and the tome it was going to take him. He was at my door when he said he was going to come to do the check up. The service provided by his company so far has been trustful, honest and reliable! I can only highly recommend AC solutions for AC and heating.

This is the second time I’ve used A/C and heat solutions for a general “tune up” type service on my rental property. Sean (Shawn?) was the first technician. Right on time. He was there for at least 45 min to an hour and didn’t try to up charge or sell a thing. He found a wire in the attic that had been chewed by squirrels. Spliced it with no charge. He was so nice and knowledgeable that I used them again a few days ago. Scott beat me to the rental and was 5 min early! Big smile, friendliest guy. So thorough and knowledgeable as well. I could tell that he hated telling me any bad news. The things that were wrong with my units were from age and his company wouldn't benefit from. They don’t sell or install A/C units. He was compassionate about my potential future costs. These guys are just really good people. I highly recommend them!

Service call

I finally had my A/C unit from 1992 replaced and decided to go with AC and Heat Solutions because of Rob, his professionalism and attention to detail, his knowledge of the product and what I would need for my house. He is the BEST! Also, the (2) gentleman that serviced my unit were awesome! They repaired my A/C unit and did a great job!! Thanks to Sean and the gentleman(Falcons) from New Jersey(so grateful for all your help)! Look forward to seeing you all again. Thanks again!

Friendly and informative

Sean came on time, identified himself, used his face mask appropriately and also used shoe covers, all the time he was in our house. Sean also was keeping his social distance all he time. Sean checked both of our AC/heating units, gave us recommendations about what we could do ourselves and how, but did the job for us. His service was outstanding!!!

As always, Sean treats us professionally and fairly. I believe I’ve been a customer of theirs for over a year and half now. I have unfortunately had several AC issues in the past and as a result had found it troubling to find a company that is both honest, fair in pricing, and doesn’t manufacture problems that aren’t there before I came to A/C and Heat Solutions. Not only that, Sean sets my expectations as far as the health of my units. One of them is an old unit (15 years) and he is trying to maintain the life of it, but also prepares me for the possibility of it needing to be replaced soon. To sum it up, if you are choosing between A/C companies, A/C and Heat Solutions is the one.

Wow! They saved me over $800! Another company told my fan motor had burnt up as well as my high limit switch. Not true! There is no high limit switch on my AC unit outside and it was only a broken wire! Thank you AC & Heat Solutions!
