New HVAC installed last spring came with a 2-year service plan. Sean arrived on time, was polite and answered all my questions. He removed shoes at the door per my request and brought a mat to catch insulation from the attic which was a very nice touch. Very happy with the company and so glad my mother recommended them.

I called AC & Heat on a Tuesday morning because my air was running but not cooling. They were able to come out that afternoon, and showed up within 5 minutes of their promised time. They quickly identified the issue, explained it to me, and made the repair, all within about an hour. Sean, the technician, was courtesy and professional. I would highly recommend AC & Heat.
