He even contacted the original installer of my unit to get a part replaced under the original installation warranty! Thanks, folks, for the superb service. Overall the quality of service could have been better if the crew would have informed us of 2 good sized gouges in the wall directly across from the furnace closet where they were working. The system that Jeff put together for us is working very well and we feel the difference already.

The ENTIRE team is HONEST, professional and customer oriented. They stand behind the services and equipment installations. Scott did his normal outstanding service of my two A/C units to kick off the 2022 season! Highly recommend this Veteran owned company to everyone!

When my unit was tested I was told the capacitor needed to be replaced. I told the tech he replaced it less than a year ago. He said it could be faulty or the unit could cause it to malfunction and he would replace it at no cost since it was still under warranty. My invoice does not show that it was replaced. I would prefer that you send Sean for my next appointment as I have had a good experience with him on previous visits. I am not sure I have confidence in the newer employee.
